We are looking for someone who can welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival, answer the phone, take reservations and manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests at tables.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as an ambassador to the restaurant, greeting all guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Monitors sorting and workflow of the restaurant and seats guests accordingly
- Answer guest questions about our food, craft beers, alcoholic beverages, and other restaurant functions and services accurately and in a friendly manner
- Help maintain the dining area, assists servers and bussers with clearing and resetting tables and takes dishes to the kitchen area
- Maintain and keep inventory of retail cooler and merchandise
- Take accurate orders by telephone or in person, explains menu items and offers appropriate suggestions to guests
- Must accurately handle money, make change, and process credit card transactions
- Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Keep manager promptly informed of all issues or unusual matters of significance
- Keep abreast of policies and procedures and current developments in local, state, and federal laws applicable to the service of alcohol, safe food handling, health standards etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Maintains full knowledge of menus, craft beers on tap, recipes, products, and other pertinent information in order to answer questions from guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, vendors, and coworkers in a professional manner
- Excellent verbal and telephone skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with our guests
- Possess the ability to multi-task and manage stressful circumstances associated with a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
